I got an online appointment on a Tuesday for a water leak. After I arrived, I was told that the water leak guy wasn’t there on Tuesdays and that I would have to come back. The online form didn’t have a water leak selection so I had to put it in the comments, which is probably how it was missed. I will say that once Anthony got my ticket, he did an absolutely great job. I’m not dissatisfied with Anthony by any means. I’m dissatisfied with the booking process. The actual repair work is fantastic and Anthony is fantastic.

The start/stop system on my van was not fixed. Recharging the battery and clearing the code doesn't do much when the same auto start light comes back on a day later. This is the 3rd time we will have to bring the van in for the same problem that clearly isn't being fixed properly the first 2 times.
