My car was brought in for a new tire. While waiting for assistance a Lexux employee backed in to the car causing damage. We received a call on Friday saying the car was ready. When my husband went to pick up the car the tire was replaced but the damage caused by your employee had not been touched. We don't live close. Extremely disappointed

Service and staff were very professional. Laramie has been our service provide for 10+ years and we look forward to a long relationship with James who 'took care of us' on our visit.
I was not contacted when my vehicle was ready, and I had to rush to return rental car on time. I was told I was called at 5:30 PM but my cell phone dhows no missed call. One unsuccessful attempt does not suffice, regardless. Furthermore, my coffee travel mug had been removed the cop holder, probably to make room to replace the dashboard, understandably. However I found it in the back seat on the floor, where it had spilled, staining the carpeting. A bit more care would have prevented this.
