The service experience was perfect. Fred Reed was great explaining things and working to keep the costs reasonable. The work was completed when promise.
My problem was the length of time it took to get the loaner I had reserved (25 minutes). This was far longer than my normal experience. I was late for a meeting. In the future, I will cancel my service appointment rather than risk that occurring again.

I’m not crazy about the new Lexus RX body style or interior. Bring back my left handed cup holder on the drivers side for starters. When I am ready to buy another vehicle, if it is a Lexus, it will be because of Andrew’s outstanding and excellent care when I need to have my vehicle serviced—which is often given the miles I drive!!!
