I was told at 8:38 my car was finished and heading to the car wash. One hour later the service rep led me to my car that was not in the pickup area. That was unsatisfactory. I arrived well before my 7:30 appointment for a simple oil change and ended up staying for 2 solid hours.

Setting up the appointment on your website was easy. When I got to the service center, Ski had the Lexus loaner I requested ready for me. I was in and out inless than 30 minutes. In addition, my car was repaired (brake light replacex) in less than 2 hours! Great service!
