Even though my vehicle is not a 2018 model, but its still under manufacturer guarantee, so every service i believe to be treated the same as every other time as for myself or like every other as in general. If i purchase, drive or maintain services from lindsay lexus of alexandria, i deserve to be driving away with atleast the same model of car as i drop off or even better, i.e. (loaner car) from lexus, not a cheap rental like KIA or Nissan.... if i like Kia or Nissan, i will buy me one. So i feel being mistreated.... so i hope that will not be happen again. 2 times is more than enough... and i do book my appointment a week ahead.....so i hope its not an excuse...or just hoping by writting up this negative comment will put me in the service department black book.... once again, thank you.

I brought my key in for a battery replacement 2 months ago. The service provider said the key battery was replaced & included it on the invoice. The battery was not replaced and I was locked out of my car on several occasions since then. When I brought my key in today (March 13, 2018) the service provider said the battery was dead. During todays visit when I checked out at 3:25pm, the service provider said to please have a seat and he will call someone to get my car. 45 minutes later I had to ask someone how much longer would I have to wait for my car. The gentleman who helped me looked up my info and said the service provider did not put in a request for my car. I was very unsatisfied with my service provider the last two visits I made to Lindsey Lexus.
