My rep was great but the loaner car lady took way too long. I waited over 40 mins for loaner. Worse than renting a car at the airporr. I hope my next experience with getting a loaner car is faster since I will be in the system.

Came in for a recall on my vehicle and was disappointed and inconvenienced when I then had to bring the car back for a completely unrelated issue involving my gps and Bluetooth speaker. It was improperly put back together and completely disconnected from any power source. The recall was on the airbag, and the glove compartment cover was also not completely engaged. Unfortunately, was very disappointed in the work done.

Great service. Took a lot longer than I was told though - when I scheduled the service over the phone I was told it would take one hour. It ended up almost 3 hours.
