I arrived for my 9AM service appointment on time. Greg my service
rep was busy. I was passed to Rob didn’t take a second to welcome, just said what you want. I said I have a 9AM with Greg to have my first CPO service.
No pleasantries, just took the key, asked if I was waiting, go have a seat. I thought when Greg was free he would stop by to introduce himself to concrete a relationship, customer & service representative. No! I only saw Greg when your car is ready. My mistake, I wanted a Chevy Cap, so I motioned that I will be there after I purchased a cap. Greg was too busy passed me on again. Rob just shaved the paper work in front of me and said sign. I ask, can you tell me about what was done, how is the car etc... he said Greg should have done that. He went on to say he didn’t check me in, which was a lie, after 10 mins of arguiment, he finally said “he checked me in”. I had many questions I wanted to ask, like tire pressure, oil change lowest % before changing, just get to know you vehicle type questions a service writer would know. He was No help and wouldn’t provide any, sign and go! Greg called, I explained my dissatisfaction disappointment, I drove 29 miles, past at a minimum 10 Chevy dealerships, one 1 mile from my house. The CPO warranty is covered by all, but I too was building a relationship with the dealership I purchased from. Should have gone to jiffy Lube !!! I know what to expect, but y Purchasing a $45,000 year old used vehicle thinking I was getting top of the line but no service to go with the procurement purchasing a $45,000 year old used vehicle thinking I was getting top-of-the-line but no service to go with the procurement. The complete car service care says I’m supposed to have oil change or filter change and motor vehicle inspection. My receipt only shows or change and multi year inspection no tire rotation. I checked the tire the plug that was in the front tire on the passenger side front is still there no tire check rotation at all. For the remaining one service I have left all CPO I will forgo it and I will find another dealership that may be able to do service under the remaining warranty. I will never return.

I came in for a check engine light. Drove 25 miles to do so and 4 days later it is back on. The problem was not solved. You wasted my time and money on gas. Service sucked. They had my appointment in the system but didn't know what it was for. My car was ready and no one came to notify me. I had to walk into the garage and ask if I could get my car.

I'm not sure that I will be contacted as I responded to a previous survey and it was ignored. Since I hesitate to complain about a service advisor and feel it is good business to give the benefit of the doubt, I will try to address my concerns truthfully.
My car was serviced on November 7, 2018. When service was completed and the car was returned to me, I noticed that the cap on the cigarette lighter/power source was missing. I never used this feature before and thought it was non-functional but expected the cap to be in place as it was before. I called it to Greg Byram's attention and he said that probably it was under the seat as the tech may have brushed up against it. He looked under the seat and could not find the cap and went back inside. I was not satisfied and so I looked under the seat and found the cap and replaced it back. The main issue was the missing wheel cap on the rear wheel on the driver's side which I noticed when I drove the car home. I drove right back to the service department and Greg assured me he would order the wheel cap right away and that it would be two days, maybe more when the part arrived. I heard nothing and so I called and spoke to him on November 20th and he said it was on back order. I waited for over a month and heard nothing and so I called on January 4th and he said he had good news, that the part would be there the following Monday. I called again on January 25th and he said the part had arrived. I was glad to get the part, plus an extra one, but could not understand the delay of over two months. While I am glad to have the replacement part, I still have to wonder why it was missing in the first place. The irony is that the newly replaced part was somewhat loose and there is also another cap, an original one, on the same wheel that does not seem to be securely in place. Greg told me that even if a cap is loose that it will not fall off because the cover secures them and that a really tight cap might fall off as you don't want them to be too tight. Well, my feeling is that the caps should be in place and not have any give or play. I know enough to know that too tight or too loose is not the desired placement. All other caps on the other wheels seem to be in place and that is what I expect when the car is returned to me after having been serviced. There is still some confusion as to what happened. I just want things to be in place the same way as when I brought the car in for servicing and don't consider that is too much of a requirement. My car was purchased at Lindsay and I have entrusted Lindsay Chevrolet all through the years for the required servicing. Lindsay is the only service center I have used and I would like to continue to trust the service department with caring for and maintaining good service for my car. I would welcome a response.
