I haven’t been to Lindsay Chevrolet unless it was absolutely necessary, since just shortly after I purchased my car. I was treated horribly by the previous service manager and other staff. It was so bad I actually got a service warranty through Ford, because I never wanted to step foot in that place again. Recently my car was leaking coolant and oil. They were the only ones that could get me in immediately. Despite my past experience, everything was handled really well this time. I look forward to having them keep up on my vehicle maintenance, seeing the noticeable change.

John is the only representative I want working with me and that's all I need to say about that. Good reps like him are hard to find,he always responds to me in a timely fashion and takes my time as if I'm his only customer. I really appreciate how consistent he is and hope he understands that customer service is just a reflection of who a person really is, either you have it or you don't but he definitely does, So thanks John for all your hard work!

Patrick M Rotchford was absolutely terrible. He is dishonest and is a prime example of why dealerships lose a lot customers when it comes to getting their car serviced. I purchased two vehicles through this dealership in the past - and have gotten all of my service and maintenance through this dealership as well. I called in to set up a service appointment for my car because there was a ticking noise when I accelerated. I spoke with John (not sure of his last name). Set up an appointment with John over the phone and let him know about my concerns. I had also inquired about the recommended routine maintenance. John quoted me roughly $850 for five services. When I got to the dealership Patrick said he would help me and quoted me roughly $700 for two routine services. After thirty minutes or so, I agreed to getting a tune up and brake fluid flush at a crazy $460 price. However, the entire time while Patrick was clearly trying to finesse me - I kept stressing the point that I need my vehicle to be inspected for the clicking noise during acceleration. He said ok. Five hours later I still had the clicking noise and was informed to return another day. Needless to say I took off work to get my car serviced primarily for the clicking noise. Dealt with Patrick and ended up getting unnecessary services and the problem is still there. I would like to speak to someone over the phone or in person about this horrific experience. I have been a loyal customer since 2016, even brought business to the dealership, this is by far the absolute worst experience. I need to make sure this never happens again to me or anyone else before continuing our business relationship. Dwayne J Rumber

I was very satisfied with the ervice that I received and Jay was very clear with helping me understand exactly what was going on with my car, he answered all of my questions and even laughed at my stupid jokes!
