Made my appointment on Thursday 1/24/2019 for oil change and tire rotation under the “Blazer Package” for Monday 1/28/2019 at noon. It’s a 2 1/2 hour drive to the dealership one way. My car arrives on time to be told that my appointment wasn’t scheduled and the oil filter for my car wasn’t there. I ask for my all weather mats under the package and was told they were not available. I also had a “We Owe You” for a detailing that I did not get when I purchased the car and was told that it was “questionable and may not be honored.” I am very dissatisfied with the service that has been provided. Oh, and let’s not forget the squeaky brakes that I still have after being seviced and was told that, “it’s the type of brakes and it’s normal!” Worst 3 hour wait and 5 hour drive spent.
