Denis Orr’s was professional and helpful but the service I received from the detail department was unsatisfactory. I paid $752 to have Smartshield applied. When I picked the truck up the exterior was spotted and gritty. I showed Denis and he agreed that it certainly wasn’t clean. When I asked him what was supposedly done he wasn’t familiar with the specific application. My truck was again taken to the detail shop and I waited for its completion. I’ve accepted my vehicle but have serious concerns if I received what I paid for.
