I dropped my vehicle off this morning to be ceramicly coated. Sometime during the process the front right of my bumper had been noticeably scratched. I brought this to the attention of the manager and was told that it would buff out. It did not hence my dissatisfaction. I’m uncertain if this damage is on the clear coat or the ceramic itself, but it needs to be addressed

The service I received at Lindsey was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a car. Not only did the service take much much longer than it should have, I had to return it after the second service to have an error corrected. On top of that, someone at Lindsey wrecked my $80K truck.

A 48 dollar part and 15 minute repair will end up costing me 600.00, if I allow you to perform the work. You charged me 156 dollars to diagnose the issue. This all for a pedal assembly. Now I've had to research myself to find this part, which I have. There is no way the sensor on this pedal assembly should have gone bad with 38000 mikea on my car. The sad thing is my lease has been paid in full for the last 3 months but my term is not up till May 8th 2019. the only reason I'm still driving this piece of crap Chevy is I'm in escrow to purchase another house. I have 45 days till I can get ride if the 2nd worst car Ive ever owned next to the **** Chevy Cruze. Never, never ever will I purchase another GM product. This was New carnumber 10 for me in my 54 years, 2 Chevy's and they both sucked

Greg was great and I’m sure just doing his job, but the cost quoted was ridiculous. Nobody should ever have to pay upwards of $500 just to figure out what is wrong with a car, before even getting an idea of how to fix it. To make matters worse, the rumbling from the engine was actually worse when I picked up the car than it was when I dropped it off. Hopefully nobody there causes more damage when diagnosing it.
