It’s always a pleasure to drop my car off at Lindsay for service. I always have a friend that picks me up and it’s no problem to leave my car for an extended length of time. The personal are very professional and courteous. And I love the popcorn and the Freestyle Coca Cola machine!

My services were not completed upon my return....... My appointment was for an oil change, check engine light diagnoses, and several mandatory recalls. I dropped my car off on Sunday 11/11 for an appointment on Monday 11/12 @ 0800. At approximately 0632hrs, I received an automated text from Roberto mentioning services needed since my 2015 Chevy Tahoe was near 90,000 miles. I immediately called him for clarification if the services were “needed or recommend.” His response was “NO, recommended services considering my vehicle mileage.” The day progressed, I noticed it was getting late and I hadn’t heard from Roberto. I called and he stated “Oh, Miss. Spriggs I was just about to call you. Your vehicle is ready. Your vehicle only needed spark plugs & that will resolve your check engine light issues.” I advised Roberto it was after 5:00pm and considering I live in the District of Columbia I will retrieve my vehicle on Tuesday. Fast Forward...... 11/13 Tuesday morning $50.00 later via an Uber ride I made it to Woodbridge. I paid $800.00 for my services and noticed MY OIL CHANGE WASN’T COMPLETED. My truck goes back in the bay for an immediate oil change. I get 5mins away from the dealership & my vehicle immediately became filled with SMOKE!!!!! It was so bad I assumed it was the truck beside me. I drove back to the dealership with hesitation & spoke with the manager on duty. He apologized several times “we rushed your vehicle since we missed your oil change, please forgive me, come back and see us so I can make it right.” I left $800.00 later and unsatisfied. Wednesday 11/14/18, the next morning I started my truck and guess what, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON!!! So, $800.00 (500.00 which was labor) later, missed oil change, truck filled with smoke, 50.00 umber ride, my issues hasn’t been resolved. Unsatisfied & disappointed DANA S

They told me my routine service would take between 1.5-2 hours. It was done before an hour. Inside of car kept clean, air put into tires. Excellent job
