Communication was confusing via text with service dept. My car sounds worse than it did before it was fixed.They rebuilt my engine in late September 2018, it was all covered under warrenty. After this repair the car was loud and enginge sounded rough, everytime I started it or accelerated. Also, they gave me a list of items that were crucial to fiix at this time but no mention of a bad AC compressor issue. I bring car in again in late October to ‘fix’ the loud noise I had been hearing since they rebuilt engine in Oct. 2018. They tell me it is a leak in exhaust/turbo and it is covered under warrenty BUT now there is a bad AC compressor. The enhgine still sounds loud, I can hear it over the radio.

I was treated politely. Informed of what was necessary to pass the inspection and the cost involved. Since the work was taking the bigger part of the day, the courtesy shuttle expeditiously took me back and forth. Under the circumstances it was a pleasant experience. It appears there are BG products installed. As I said in a recent feedback, I don’t know why Lindsay uses a third party product not approved by GM/Chevy. I did approve nor was I asked for approval.

I came in for a state inspection and an oil change, apparently none of the other services that's provided with an oil change occurred. I had to come back the next day for windshield wiper fluid. A couple of days later I get a screw in my tire and came in yesterday, had it plugged but it's still losing air today. Also I have taken pictures of my psi display since I began losing air and all my tires were low. I assume that my tires weren't checked during my oil change. I can't feel safe driving my car even though you put a state inspection on my car. John was accommodating but your service department is horrible. When I called to lament this morning no one was available to address my concerns. I held off as long as I could to complete this survey but your dealership still didn't come through for me.

Gregory was super friendly and helpful. I originally scheduled a wait appointment for an oil change and safety inspection. I explained that I knew I had a safety recall but was not able to schedule it when I called to make the appointment. He said it was important to address the recall and offered me a loaner. He called promptly when my vehicle was ready and said I could even keep the loaner for another day if needed. The Lindsay service department is top notch.
