I received a call that my vehicle was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, Dennis had not completed processing the paperwork. I waited in the waiting room, but never received notification that my paperwork was complete. I learned it was completed only after going back to the service desk and asking.

The shifting issue that I was came in about happened again the day after I picked up my car. When I picked up my car, I asked that air be put into my tires because my app indicated one was low and was assured that the tires were fine. While driving Sunday afternoon, my low tire pressure light came on. Finally, when I picked up my car there was an inspection sheet on my seat indicating that my wheels were out of alignment, which is interesting because I just had an alignment performed. No one talked to me about this.
