After calling and speaking with Gregory Byram, Service Representative on the phone, I took my husband's 2007 Cadillac DTS in to Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge, VA on Monday, April 15.  Upon my arrival, I was greeted and we discussed my husband's car is over 10 years old. I indicated we are going to pass the car on to my daughter to drive full time but wanted to make sure it was in a good driveable condition. I asked for an oil change and mentioned the power steering has been stiff. I also requested they check the car for any additional service requirements given the check engine light was on. On Tuesday, April 16, I never heard from the dealership but was not worried given I'm aware it can sometimes take a day or two to get parts. Wednesday, April 17, I called to check the status. Gregory mentioned the technician assigned to the car, Abraham Toro was not working that day but indicated the car would likely be ready for pickup on Thursday. The total price quoted was a little over $1600. I accepted charges and looked forward to finally getting my daughter's car back. Thursday, April 18, Gregory calls to say the car is ready. The total charges will be a little over $1700. I say no problem and request the shuttle service so my daughter can pay and pick up the car.  My daughter picked up the car, went to get gas and was on her way to get a car wash when the car started slowing down on it's own. The engine light came on and an alarm went off in the car. The "change oil" light came on and the "stop engine now" light alarmed as well. As you can imagine when I get the call at work I am livid. In my mind I'm thinking, I did not entrust Lindsay with this car for almost a week and pay over $1700 only to end up in the same place I started. If Abraham, is not experienced enough to actually fix the mechanical issues with the car I could've simply taken it somewhere else.  My husband and I take our newer Cadillac's to Lindsay in Alexandria. I was trying to give the local Lindsay dealership some business given it's conveniently located in Woodbridge near our home.  Today is Friday, April 19 and I now have to take off from work to deal with this in person because I can't trust the actions of those involved over the phone.

Tires were brought and placed on car 3/22/19 at dealership. First problem the PSI was at 38 pounds which is over inflated. In the following days and went down to as low as 25 PSI’s. Took it back last Monday tell him what the problem was and within 15 minutes mechanic called out said it was fixed. He deflated tires. Third time maybe the charm I don’t now took it in today they Check the tires out for leaks no leaks. They realigned I’m not sure if that’s the right or the sensors in the tires so it works properly. Which I feel should’ve been done the first time when the tires were put on or at least the second time. So the jury is out so to speak and till I see how the tires last. I feel the tire should’ve been properly installed on my car not over inflated one week under inflated the next week.
