I received a call that my car was ready and needed no service. I arrived to pick up my truck and they tried to give me a 2016 traverse, I dropped off my 2019 traverse. At first the service folks accused me of dropping off keys to a 2016 traverse. When I told them how was I able to drive my 2019 with a key fob for a 2016 a light bulb went off that they were wrong and someone screwed up the night drop off box tickets in the morning. They ran around finding my truck and keys. Needless to say I won’t be using your service department unless it’s an emergency. I expect this kind of service at car max...
