I called months ago about the catalic converter. I told the rep the problem that same day I just wanted to know how much it would be and it was covered by the warranty. I was told I would need to get an engine reading before any prices can be given or if it would be covered by warranty. So I just paid $150 for y’all to tell me exactly what I told y’all and if it would’ve been done the first time. It would have been covered. So do not contact me unless it’s for a refund or you’re fixing my car through the warranty.

I asked for an oil change only & to let me know if there was anything else that needed to be done. They went ahead and did a tire rotation as well and tried to charge me $100 without consulting me first. Needless to say, I did not pay for the tire rotation, but did pay for the oil change.
This is the second time something like this has happened. I am going elsewhere for these services from now on. $70 is far too much for an oil change. $40 of that is labor? That’s garbage.
I’ll be going elsewhere.
