I had my 100k service done about 12k miles ago. Service rep was told this. When I got my paperwork when the truck was ready, techs had listed that it needed everything that was done 12k miles ago as part of that service. Rep made a comment about “ what do they know “as if I was wrong on my vehicle’s maintenance history. I question how thoroughly the techs actually looked at what they said they did.

I was told that repairs were not covered under my extended warranty and inwas also being charged a diagnostic fee. When a service manager cleared it up that it would be covered, the tech claimed he didnt know I had a warranty, even though i had written it in a piece of paper that was in with my keys. When the repairs were finally made they put the wrong tire on my car. I was made aware of this yesterday and was told by a different tech that he would call me this morning about it, and I still haven't heard from you guys. We have bought many cars from this dealership, and this experience has probably ruined any future relationships.
