Service advisor Chad was great with my service. He explained and managed the appointment extremely well. But, I was very disappointed with Ford corporate engineers for allowing what should be a pretty easy job, replacing a headlight, to be such a timely, complicated and expensive repair. I love my Fusion, and I know that there’s nothing that can be done now, but…poorly done, Ford corporate.
