My truck was towed to your shop on friday 04sep2020 at 430pm and the problem was not reported to me until friday 11sep2020 1:59 pm. Also it was reported to me by michael that it will take a month to get the repair part.
I am not happy, as i have to drive a truck that may stall out at anytime.
In addition, it cost me $244.98 for a rental car will ford reimburse me for that?
