I'm a first time Ford owner so I didn't know what to expect. I made the appointment a week prior so I wasn't expecting the part I needed for sure not to be ordered. The next day when I was told my car is finished it's just being washed. It was not washed. The day after I picked up my vehicle, I received the text message telling me my vehicle is ready for pick up. On the good side I was offered a car wash.
Now I know what to expect. Everyone in service was very pleasant and helpful
