and noticed after I left that i got an oil change instead. Am not pleased and will not return for business

The rep today did a good job. The problem being; I called Monday to schedule an appointment to fix my broken side mirror. I spoke with parts and confirmed that parts were in stock prior to scheduling. I arrived this morning to complete the repair. Parts were not in stock, I waited an hour to get my truck back, when I went to pay for parts that now needed to be ordered the invoice was twice what I was quoted on Monday.
That said, the cashier worked with the parts dept. to get close to my original quote on parts and my service advisor did a nice job overall. Still quite disappointed with the overall experience, but those particular staff members were very helpful.
