I will preface by saying this was no fault of Chad Larson’s and I was under the impression I was getting a Ford loaner car for two days not a rental car from an agency. Unfortunately Chad was quoted a pick up in 20 minutes but it ended up being at least 45 min. When I got there I was given the worse car I have ever driven. A KIA Forte. Horrible uneven transmission like the car was overdue for a tune up. Come to find on returning it from the agent that is just how they run. Don’t know how this is acceptable.
Everything else related to my recall repair was excellent, as was Chad.

While purchasing my Lease, I had my car serviced. When the service was done. I forgot to have them fix the part where the water squirts out for the wipers. Asked to have them to take back and fix. After finishing my paperwork from my purchase and given my keys I asked if they fixed it. Was told they didnt have time and to bring it back another time.
