I received no service from my technician, despite having made an appointment in advance for an oil leak issue. I communicated clearly with the device scheduler regarding my expectations for the appointment: I would be arriving from out of town and could not leave my car for more than one day. I was assured that the service would be accommodated. Upon arrival, I was told that it was unlikely that my car would be serviced given existing technician tasks, but that it would be attempted. Within 25 minutes, I was told that there would be NO chance that anyone would look at my car within the next few days, let alone the day of the appointment, and that my appointment should never have been made. I called the service line to determine what went wrong and why my appointment would not be honored. Upon speaking with who I believed to be the service manager, I was told that they would do everything they could to service my car and would let me know via phone call what took place. Within an hour of closing time, I had still received no phone communication from the service department and had to call again. I was told that most everyone had left for the day (a full 40 minutes before closing) and that my car has not been examined further than the preliminary check shortly after I dropped it off. When picking up the car, I spoke with the ranking manager present and explain this unacceptable situation. He provided the documentation competed by the service manager, which had no contact information written down to keep in touch with me as well as no stated reason for the cancelled service apart from the fact that it was at the service managers request.
I am a customer service provider myself and can see no excusable reason for this treatment of a customer. I was repeatedly told that I should not have been granted an appointment, never once being told that there should be more responsibility to perform services on time or be accountable to customers for the agreed-upon performance of services in a timely manner. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO KEN GRODY FORD AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

1. Made apt. On line but when I dropped off the car they had no record of it.
2. Dropped off at 9am said I would be in lobby... At 11 am I finally went to check on my car and it was done for over an hour. Ryan called once but didn't leave a message. No one checked waiting room at all.
3. No one discussed any additional work that was done or suggested repairs.
4. Car was not washed (not sure if this is standard with oil change)
5. Car has less than 17,500 miles and the tires are bad with no mileage warranty
6. I have mutiple calls trying to talk to a manager and no call backs
7. This is a lease.....I still have about 16 months left. If Ford is going to continue to use poor quality tires that have no mileage warranty on their vehicles and not help its customers by making it right by replacing them.... I see absolutely no reason why we will ever purchase or lease another vehicle from them again. If both the sales department and service department are not concerned with the quality of their cars and the parts that come with them then I will take my business elsewhere.
