Joe was great. I came for a recall, but Joe offered a service and oil change. I agreed. He said $39. When I went to cashier they said it was $94. I let them know I was quoted $39. She said the extra cost was for an airfilter. I let her know I didn't ask for that. After about 10-15 minutes she said there were two people with the same last name and mine was $39. Everything was good but the cashier part was a little strange. The shuttle never came, but I wasn't there long and didn't really expect it. Thx
