Mike and the Supervisor Hector, gave me excellent service. I’ve been having issues with my Ford Fusion, passenger window not closing all the way and they finally fixed it by giving it the attention it deserved. It’s interesting because now I’m still shocked it works because I was so conditioned for it to “not work”. They also warned me about my work out tires and aligned my car with my new tires. Overall, extremely happy that they took care of me and my safety.

I told Joe that the the panel on the driver’s side of the windshield still rattles when I am driving at high/freeway speeds. I brought it in a few months ago for this. Supposedly they took the panel off and fixed it, but the next time I drove it, the issue was still there, so nkt fixed. Joe told me that they took the car out and drove it at low speeds, high speeds, etc and they couldn’t hear the rattle, so they did not remove the panel to check and said that next time I come in to get the shocks on the rear hatch fixed (when the parts come in next week), they will maybe go out on a drive with me so that i can show them what’s happening.
I told Bob in service the last time I was in, in November or December, that we have leased 5 Flex’s and that this has happened in at least one other one. It turned out to be some sort of “clips” inside the panel. In November, service supposedly took the panel off and “fixed it”, but it wasn’t fixed. I told Joe the same thing, and he said that since they couldn’t hear it when they drove it, no work was done, the panel was not removed, and they need to wait for me to go w/ someone to drive it....so I guess no work will be done until they hear it themselves. Kind of disappointing and frustrating. ????

Told the advisor I would be sitting in the waiting area and he refused to walk over and insisted on texting me that my car war ready. Not the best impression that you can't walk a few feet to personally inform a customer their car is ready and insist on only calling. He did however provide additional information on how long a light would take to reset without asking so I will give him that.
