Joe kept up to date with communications with me and so on so as far as he’s concerned he did it good job. That said I was not happy and also quite surprised that such a warranty issue would need to be approved by Ford corporate. It was a pretty cut and dry issue. That policy required me to make two trips to the dealership instead of just one. That policy required me to make two trips to the dealership instead of just one for such a simple thing as replacing a defective taillight lens assembly. Not ideal and not respect full of the customers time. But again that is a Ford corporate issue not the dealership or Joe’s fault.
