Had appointment at 8am and didn’t call til about 1. Wasn’t told about some additional work that could have been performed until the phone call that the car was done (so consequently I didn’t have the work done....)

Dropped off at 9am for a 9:15 appointment. As of 1pm I'd had no contact from the Grody Service Department so asked for status. The status? The technician had yet to even look at the car. I got my key and left. The Check Engine light was on, and I mainly wanted to know if the problem, or problems, made it unsafe the drive the car. Fortunately the local Pep Boys plugged into the dash, detected two minor problems, and told me to return when I could leave my car for the full day. Total time for Pep Boys to diagnose? Five minutes. Record level bad experience with Grody Ford. Bad enough that I wouldn't consider buying another Ford, and would discourage others from buying Ford products.

The mechanic that I was contact with while my vehicle was being repaired was Joseph. During the process he always kept me in the loop and was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. He also was always professional and courteous. He made the whole process pain free. Overall I am satisfied with the customer service and repairs done to my vehicle.
