I’m more than satisfied with my visit to Ken Grody Ford. Thanks to Mike and his supervisor, on a Friday afternoon with transmission problem, they got me back on the road before 3pm. On Tuesday I returned to finish the service on the transmission ang got an alignment. The car was completed on time when Mike said it would that afternoon. Also thanks to Richard for the drop off and pic up. He is a valuable employee.
