The oil change was fine but your continued care of my vehicle proves to be substandard. When I purchased my Escape from you I noticed a leak originating from the under carriage within 60 days. When I addressed these issues with the service department I was told they could not find any leaks. I continued to mention my concerns with each scheduled maintenance appointment. Nothing was ever found until I was informed that my car needed a rubber gasket replacement costing approximately $850. This service was performed in October,2017. Yesterday I was told that the leak is now originating from the oil pan and rubber gasket and will cost $3200 to repair. I am so disappointed not only with the cost of my repairs but with the lack of a proactive approach to the maintenance of my vehicle.

This was a month and a half long experience bathr furst person we called at Ken Grosy wrote the VIN number down wrong so the part never got ordered and I was not called. But when we called back to inquire on the status Michael Mills was very nice and accommodating and finally after some problems with the time it took to get the recall service part ordered and the delivered, Mills worked with ya to schedule the installation quickly. He saved the day bc we were buying or heading a Ford Explorer - then with the recall experience staryed rethinking that. But because of Michael, I am now seeing a sales rep at the dealership.
