Was very happy with Chad but NOT HAPPY AT ALL when I had my broken center console looked at.and Him telling me it would be 700.00!# had car less than a year and this is a major problem on this car as per national highway transportation. Not happy I used this console rarely because it was so hard to open or close now its broke.

I was severely disappointed that the estimated cost of additional services recommended (beyond those requested by me at time of vehicle drop-off) was not accurately communicated to me by my service advisor. I felt blindsided by a bill total that was almost twice what I was expecting. Consequently, I will no longer be using Ken Grody Ford for my vehicle service needs, nor will I return there when I trade in my vehicle for a new one early next year. I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership for many years but my trust in them has now been destroyed.

My service guy, Joseph, was polite, listened all and promised a diagnosis within about an hour. Estimate: $90 for diag. In less than an hour the diag came and a part (blinker relay) needed to be replaced. Closure promised within a half an hour or so. In less time, the job was done. $220 total.
Here’s a compliant. Plug in a relay in a couple minutes means labor of a few more (?) bucks. The relay didn’t cost but 10% of that additional $130. You have no need to charge so much. Good service (present in this case) coupled with reasonable prices (not so much) build loyalty.
I’d like to also suggest the option of a quieter space for customers to wait. The loud music negatively impacted my study time.
