Very disappointed with the service... they gave me the car with incomplete service done and they marked the paper that it was done and in good conditions when just by testing or checking the wipers you will notice it needed a replacement. That means that the person who did the multi inspection didn’t check the wipers. So it make think if they really do the oil chance etc. This is not the first time this happened to me.

Ken Grody Ford employees were very polite, and professional. I arrived a little after 0700 for my 0700 appointment. They got my car right in and kept their hour and a half completion promise. I got my car back in less than an hour. I used to get my car serviced at Firestone, but with the service I received at Ken Grody Ford. I will not take my car anywhere else, as long as I have my current car.
