I was great full that my car was ready quickly but the thing that got me a little up set about the service was that it was the second time I ask if it was possible if I can get a car wash on my vehicle. I was told it was no problem. My vihicle didn’t get wash. The person ahead of me was satisfy her vehicle was wash when she receive her car. I understand if they didn’t got the chance to wash my car or if the car wash was broken down by the time they receive my car but it would have been great if they could let me know they couldn’t do it but when I receive my car and no one told me anything, their was no communication I just felt like I was ignored again.

The person who took my car was fine, but when it was time to pick it up, I didn't know where to go. I asked the man in the kiosk and he grunted at me and pointed without saying anything. So I went where he pointed and the ladies in the cashier's office were not friendly. The salesmen were really nice though

The service and maintenance checklist was not accurate. It said I needed new tires and that was not true.It makes me wonder if the checklist was even performed at all.It’s also kind of counter productive to send this out a month later instead of a few days after the service.

Seemed like an excessive time to check in and then I wanted to know what kind of oil would be used and had to wait almost as long for somebody that could answer that question. I’ll be trying somewhere else next time. I was happy with the cost to rotate my tires.
