Staff were super friendly and understanding. They gave me a rental which helped out a lot since I am a stay at home mom who drops and picks up kids for school. Was under the impression that all four brake pads were being replaced and only two of them were. Was given a price of $375 and then another price of $605 since I was told that I needed new rotors for front brakes. I was under the understanding that for the $605 price that all pads would be replaced and front and rear along with front rotors. Not sure was rear brakes were not replaced, I wanted them replaced. I felt I was over charged. Ford has on line special for 179.95 for all four brake pads, machining rotors or drum including labor. I should have rear brakes done at no charge.

When I called service today the service advisor informed me they are ordering the air bags which is recalled on my Fusion. When I stopped by in person in early July I was told that Ford would contact me. I was never contacted. I called today and was informed that the parts are now on order. I have a friend who also has a Fusion and El Cajon Ford told them not the driver their Fusion and provided them with a rental until parts are available. Do I need to be concerned for the safety of my passengers ridding up front with the state on the air bag issues known with my car?
