There are additional problems with the vehicle.
Additional service should have been scheduled if it wasn’t possible to complete all of the warranty work in one day.
But I have no foblems with Ryan. He was GREAT!!

During my past two visits I have encountered the same young man (mid-late 20’s?) when dropping off my car, I wish I knew his name, because he truly deserves recognition. He is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. I did not have an appointment and he was able to fit my car in for service as a walk in, and the service was completed in a very timely manner. He was so kind. He is definitely an asset to Ken Grody Ford. I will be sure to get his name next time so I can properly relay how great he is.

I would like to recommend that you update your online service department scheduling calendar. The current system that you have is very inefficient and ineffective. Customers should be able to go online to identify a date and a time to schedule an appointment with immediate confirmation. The current system is very labor-intensive for your internal employees.
