The actual repair went quick & smoothly but when I got home I realized that my already, not functioning properly driver door handle (but I know how to use it) had a piece broken off of it. My son & a friend both have 2011 Fusions that also have this same issue but we work with it. Fortunately it still works more or less but now it looks like hell. Not sure why someone felt the to break off/gouge the handle like that when all you need to do is pull the lock lever....and since tons of Fusions & Fiestas have this problem it can't be the first time service people have seen it. I have the part but just haven't had a chance to change it out. Anyway that was just annoying on an otherwise easy service.

Had a notice that my airbags were being recalled. The notice said that the ford dealership would tow my truck and provide a loaner, was goven the runaround by the service guy joe. After being bounced back and forth between the ford help line and the dealership, the service department ended up putting me on hold and then hanging the line up after I waited for 10 minutes. My truck still has the defective airbags and have reiceved no help from anyone at this dealership or the ford service line.
