I had a 3:30 appointment the service department does not close till 6. I got an oil change tire rotation inspection and recommended 65000 mile..... I did not get the 65000 mile or 70000 mile service I went on the website to check what it was I do not believe that's what I was given I also wanted my right door mere tight which was covered under warranty I was told we don't have time for that....

I ask them to check the oil presure Gage, the price I was quoted was eight hundred and something dollars. I checked online and the oil sensor that goes on the oil pan cost between 85 and $150. I find it hard to believe that the cost to replace this is over $800. I have been coming to the dealership for the last 12 years on my first pick up there have this one service there since I've had it

I was supposed to have a recall airbag replaced and after giving my VIN and making an appointment I show up and am told there are no airbags in stock. This is after i had to call 4 times to verify my VIN, recall letter and being accidentally hung up on 2 times.
Ryan was nice about it but he still hasnt called to reschedule an appointment while i am driving around with a deadly airbag.
I will be reporting this to the NHTSA
