When I picked up my car it had body damage that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. I called the manager to discuss and no one returned my call. On top of that my car isn’t even five years old and it’s having problems with the electrical wiring. Also, when I first purchased the car it had a lot of problems.

I live in South Orange County. I choose to take my vehicle to Ken Grody because of customer service. I wasn't offered a rental vehicle upon dropping my vehicle at the dealership the night prior to the scheduled service. I asked about a rental while on the phone and was told the repairs would take a day, so no rental needed. I plan to continue bringing my vehicle to Ken Grody for service. I would greatly appreciate being offered a rental vehicle in the future. Thank you.
