Work performed was good, only thing i didnt like is the lack of communication. I got the text messages and when i responded to the text message i didnt hear any response back. When asked about it the service writer did not seem to know what i was talking about. Other than that no problems.

My issue was unable to be resolved because the problem wasn’t “bad” enough. The service member admitted that there is a problem but because of certain guidelines set by the Ford Motor Company he was unable to allow his mechanics to fix it. I am a member of the U.S. military and I speak for most members when I say we don’t have the time to keep bringing our vehicles in when it starts having problems because of something that the company itself knows can be faulty. Especially when the vehicle in questikn has a class action lawsuit on it. I understand that there are guidelines for a reason but when it makes it to where a mechanic doesn’t fix something while it’s acknowledged that there’s something wrong it makes the Ford Motor Compny as a whole look negligent to customer service.
