I am curious the other Ford dealership that i would take my Ford to get service on would provide a complementary exterior car wash and some actually do a interior vacuum. I noticed that my truck was not washed does Ken Frody Ford not offer a complementary car wash upon completion of the service?

Waited in service line for 1 hour for my 8:00 appointment for oil change……will not go back again unless they improve service write-up system. I was actually stuck on the main road in the bike lane and half in the traffic lane for 30 minutes. Not acceptable! Will go to Encinitas Ford for future service
