Chad was great and all repairs were made in a timely manner. Text updates appear that they come from service advisor and say things like “text me with any questions” but they are automated so adding a disclaimer that they are automated would be helpful. Hire staff to wash cars when car is done. Our car came out filthy and Chad told us they don’t have the manpower anymore to wash cars but continue to bring it up in staff meetings as something they want back. TY
