I am traveling with my family and was in need of and oil change to keep my warranty. The phone number on the website was not connecting me to the ford dealership so I made one with Chevy.I showed up and they said they don’t do Fords. So I drove over to Ford and ended up taking to Angel and he was very helpful and squeezed me in and got me on my way he was very professional and understanding. I appreciated him getting me in when he didn’t half too. Hats off to Angel for great customer service

I really enjoy going to ford even thought I no longer have a ford.
They make it easy to schedule and get it done. I have always believed the price has been reasonable compared to Nissan in Oceanside. Really cool that me bringing in my own oil filer supported the cause. I understand the wait will be longer closer to EOD. Only comment I had was that people tend to block the entry way when I got there but once I poked my head in I was greeted and attended to. Keep up the good work.

Mr. Chad Larson is the best I’ve been bringing my vehicles to you guys for close to 20 years and will continue doing that. I just brought my Lincoln in. He took care of my service and my door problem. Lock wouldn’t work. One thing about Chad is he so honest he told me right from the beginning boss it’s not gonna be cheap. Bill was $869 but all things considered not bad thank you very much.

Brought my Ford Ranger in to repair the auto start/stop. Told it would take up to 500 miles to work again and over a thousand miles later it still doesn’t work! Had the vehicle in the shop for 4 days. Very inconvenient and still not have the problem fixed.
