The Service Mgr Michael Mills was super. I walked to the island to ask for Hector and Mike told me he was away for the next hour that he would be glad to help me. He jump right on my question about a new back up camera for trailers and he found the box Hector was holding for me. He listen to all my questions in detail did 19 minutes research on my questions made some calls. Explained everything in detail about the package from Hector and I was a happy Camper.
I will say Grody Ford is lucky to have Mike as a Service Manager. Very much a people person also ready to step up to the plate. Ask as I was leaving if I had any questions feel free to text or email him on any questions. I will be doing all of my services with Grody Ford now even though I live 39 miles away.
