My experience is Dealership wasn’t that great I sent my daughter for a simple recall and you guys don’t even offer Shuttle or courtesy Uber I’m also a senior master for Ford at Raceway Ford we treat our customers the right way give them courtesy rides for example Uber lifts at dealers expense so we could have repeat customers

Even I showed the email, the lady just simply said the system is different and didn’t even give an apology. Finally Other staff told me to find Chad. And thanks to Chad, my car got the service.
