Chad Larson was fantastic. My initial issue was going in for an oil change and a recall for my back up camera, and he went so far above and beyond for issues (outside of his control) that came up. He stayed in contact with me the entire time so I was fully aware of every step and the actions being taken to fix my vehicle. He certainly made car issues way less of an inconvenience for me and I fully appreciate him for it. Thanks for the stellar job done, Chad!

I wasn’t called when my car was ready. I realized it just before the service department closed. I presented a coupon for “the works” at drop off, but was told I couldn’t use it because I need fully synthetic oil(which I knew and wanted). I felt I should only be charged the difference in the cost of the oil. My bill was $114, so maybe I got a price break? ??????????? I usually get a detailed summary with brake pad measurements, etc. This one was very generic.
I’m not quick to criticize, but you asked…thanks!
