I am satisfied with the service by the staff though was disappointed to find out that the problems I am having with my truck where not identified. Also disappointed in that the oil leak problem was not covered by warranty. The check engine light came on in my truck and not even 150 miles after I picked it up.

I just want to understand why the catalitic (sp? converter developed problems. Had I almost ran out of gas and affected it? Was the initial part inferior? Had someone tried to steal the converter?
