Your team got me in immediately for the works and transmission flush and I was out in less than an hour. Although the APIN (module for voice and manual controls) was installed and addressed the latency issues. It required two separate visits to the dealership which is now considered commonplace since nearly all repairs have resulted in the same number of trips. Additionally, what appeared to be a minor issue brought to the advisors attention (seals for the passenger side door knobs, seals are peeling away, doesn’t ( just) require new seals but new door handles because Ford Motor Co will not replace without also charging for new door nobs that only come primed and require them to be painted resulting in an estimated cost of 900.00 similar cost of the module replacement that was not available only after I was required to update the module that did not fix the problem. Although the service manager helped in securing a courtesy vehicle this overall experience with not just the dealership but Ford Motor Company is less than satisfactory. Causing me to reconsider buying Ford products in the future. Technician agreed with comments but said unlikely to find any other alternative car company that would not have similar problems. I may have to investigate further. Also, the door knobs seals may also be the cause of rattling sound on passenger side that has just become more pronounced sincere issue was first identified while vehicle was under warranty.

Mr Tom who handled my vehicle contract service was phenomenal and very friendly and patient and knowledgeable to military client. I would take my car to him anytime. There was another representative in the service room however that was not as friendly or patient as Mr Tom when I had called weeks ago to schedule. There were system issues with the vehicle service contract and the representative seemed to get irritated when I had asked questions about the policy or system procedure which I was unfamiliar with.
