I brought my Ford Taurus in for a 4-wheel alignment, but ended up only having the front aligned. According to the paperwork, this was for lack of a “shim kit“. It took several days to get a complete explanation, and in the end I still have only had a front wheel alignment done.
In the past, I have always been completely happy with the service I got at Sellers Sexton. But this time I was a little disappointed. My car still pulls to the left and it is less than I had hoped for after having an alignment done.

Because the lift for my electric chair was incorrectly put on my 2016 Ford Escape, that I traded my, 2013 Ford
Escape In in 2017, at Sellers Sexton. The service department told me today that I need take my suv to the dealer for lifts to correct the problem but they want to charge me not doing the job correctly or completely. I am a disabled veteran who lives on a fixed income and your service department told me they could complete the. I have never been this upset with your service department, they have always done a great job that is why I am so unhappy..
