My car has had a major engine issue 3 times in the past month, and has been taken for repair 3 times in that same month timespan. I paid for the car in cash over 8k and either it keeps breaking down, or mechanics have overlooked some major issues a few times. I feel like my car is going to break down again, which makes me weary to even drive it and makes the whole experience bad for me. And I feel like I completely wasted my money (that was from my mother's inheritance) on a car that has so many issues.

Tom Julian did an outstanding job and I believe he went above and beyond what he had to do. However, Sellers Sexton did not perform their responsibility to me as a customer. They apparently did not process my paperwork properly and then started blaming each other for not doing it correctly, which then delayed the service I needed for at least about a month. This reminds me of my treatment at Sellers-Sexton in 2015, I went there to trade in a 2014 Ford Escape 2 wheel drive, for a 2015 4 wheel drive, when I questioned the salesman about his offer on my trade in he told me that was all the boss would give, take it or leave it, I left it and went and bought a Jeep. I did not learn from that I guess and mistakenly went back to them for a used escape and paid for it again.

My engine light was coming on. I called Seller Sexton and spoke to Thomas Julian and I decided to have my 2014 Mustang towed in and have it fixed with Ford. Thomas was so polite and helpful, he called me and texted me on the progress of my Mustang. When my vehicle was ready he offered for the Ford Shuttle to pick me up. I was very pleased with Thomas. I used to have all my oil changes done there but unfortunately I will be going elsewhere for that service as the price increase went up 20.00 other then that I’m satisfied with the service’s I have received.

Labor definitely pricey, but not atypical of a dealership. Customer service was great and didn't try to up sell anything. Appreciate the in-depth assessment of the vehicle add well as the car wash. High probability of me returning if I don't have time to perform maintenance myself, especially in a "time crunch".
