Seriously I don't believe these surveys are taken seriously, especially when there has been a negative experience. I'm the daughter of the elderly couples that truck was serviced, I do the majority of their affairs, but only what I'm told and what is expected to do for my parents. They are very aware and capable people. I only assist. They have their wits about them and know when the phone rings and someone is telling them it's an additional 600 dollars to replace old fluids. My Mother is not a feeble minded elderly woman, she has all her wits to her and never would have agreed until talking to her husband or me.
They are on a fixed income, unless it was an emergency, we would have waited until next month. So, I do appreciate your service, but do not appreciate my Mother being called a liar. What were they thinking? Sincerely Linda Rains ****-****-xxxx

Was disappointed I asked for the $49.99 detail wash and that request was forgotten to be pass on. When I was finally picked up and made it back to the dealership it was very close to 17:30. I felt as if I was an inconvenience being there past business hours. There was no one available if said repair did not fix the situation or if I could not get my devices paird to the synk system, there was no one there to assist. And sorry but whom ever did the microphone replacement soiled the headliner with either grease or oil. I now have black spots on the headliner in the area of the microphone & dome lights. I am very disappointed. I've always had very good service at Seller's Sexton.

The hood shakes at highway speed. The answer I received was "we drove a different Explorer and it does the same thing". Really? Could this be a systemic problem with all Explorers. I guess I expected to much from Sellers Sexton service department. I guess I will go to a different Ford dealer and have this resolved. In my world the answer of "They all do it" has never or ever will be acceptable.
